Please see individual listings for current production and delivery times. Teepees are shipped via USPS or UPS/FedEx only. Please plan accordingly when purchasing your teepee for a special occasion. Thank you.
All sewing patterns are instant download patterns. You will not receive a paper copy of the patterns you purchase here.
Playhouses are currently unavailable through January 2021,
I accept some items for return or exchange as described below.
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items may not be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Organic fabric items of any type
- Digital downloads
- Custom or personalized orders
- Personalized items
- XL/XXL teepees
- Custom fabric teepees
My goal is to provide you with a teepee, toy or playhouse that will be loved and remembered for many years to come. If you have questions about your order, or questions about which item to purchase, please contact me! We can work togethe to make sur eyou have the ideal teepee or playhouse.
Exchange Policy:
If you decide you would like to exchange your teepee for a different size, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your teepee. I will accept an exchange of any unused teepee. There may be an extra charge for a larger size. Shipping costs are not refundable. You will be responsible for returning the original teepee, and paying the shipping costs for the replacement teepee.

Return Policy:
*Please be sure you unpack your teepee immediately upon receipt. Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within three days of purchase. Returns requests will be honored ONLY for items that are elibible for return..
*On sale items are NOT returnable.
*Personalized teepees and playhouses are NOT returnable.
*There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items to cover the cost of making the item and the time it takes to pack and ship it to you.
*Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
*The teepee, playhouse or toy you are exchanging or returning must be in the original condition, shipped back in the same box it arrived, taped with sturdy tape like duck tape (regular packing tape is NOT strong enough). You MUST ship your item back via USPS Priority Mail ONLY or UPS/FedEx. You must also insure the teepee and/or other items for the full value (including shipping costs) in case of damage during the return.
Refunds are given at my discretion, based on the item being in the original condition and unused for play or photographs.
Once a pattern has been downloaded, there are NO REFUNDS.
